Firebacks

Vitcas® traditional concrete and clay firebacks are precast from the highest quality, heat resistant refractories. The firebacks are used in combination with precast Throat-Forming Lintels to create an open fireplace.
Vitcas® Firebacks are perfect for Victorian fireplaces. Originally Firebacks protect the wall at the back of a fireplace, but our new generation Firebacks also are able to reflect the heat back into the room. Our Firebacks help to increase the efficiency of our wood burning Fireplaces by ensuring the pleasant heat remains in your family lounge room longer.
